We are having a send-off for Zane Pickerrell at 8:40 a.m. this morning. Students and staff are welcome to come to the first floor hall after attendance is taken during 2nd period to cheer Zane on as he heads to the state wrestling tournament!
Our concert band is performing on Saturday at Miami Trace at 1:00 p.m. in the Ohio Music Education Association District 16 Large Group Adjudicated event performances.

Anybody with a girls track uniform from last year should turn those into the high school office in a bag with your name.

Today was Food Day for Mr. Ater's Spanish classes. Food Day gave the students the opportunity to make and taste a tortilla espanola. The Spanish omelette is a very popular Spanish cuisine.

The MADE meeting for today has been canceled and rescheduled for Tuesday, March 12th.
New NHS inductees lunch meeting in Mrs. Lashley's room.
Third nine weeks grade cards will go home on Friday, March 15th.
The NHS Induction Ceremony is Friday at 7 p.m. in the cafetorium.

Zane Pickerrell is district runner-up for his respective weight class and has qualified for the OHSAA Division III State Wrestling Tournament this weekend at the Schottenstein Center!

Members of our science bowl team made it to the round of 8 at the South Central Ohio Science Bowl on Friday, March 1st.

On Friday, March 1st, Luke Woods and Ethan Tackett competed in Skills USA Regionals through Pickaway Ross CTC. Luke placed 2nd in auto body collision repair and Ethan placed 2nd in Medical Math . They both will be competing in State finals April 9 and 10th in Columbus .

OHSAA Division III District Wrestling Results
Zane Pickerrell went 3-1 and finished as district runner-up! Zane will now compete at the OHSAA Division III State Tournament next weekend! The tournament will be held at the Jerome Schottenstein Center at Ohio State University.
J.T. Jenkins went 3-3 and finished 6th at the tournament. Great season, J.T. !

There were 32 teams that participated in the South Central Ohio Science Bowl today. Our teams made it to the round of 8 before exiting the tournament!

2/27/24 Announcements
Due to the ACT Testing, today's FCA meeting will be in Mr. Scott's room (Room 268) during lunch.
The ACT test for all juniors is today. All juniors will be dismissed to the high school gym at 7:50 a.m. Please make sure your Chromebooks are fully charged before arriving to take the test.
Extracurricular Highlights
Kendra Detillion and Spencer Brower qualified to compete in the Indoor High High School State Championship Meet that will be held this Friday, March 1st and Saturday, March 2nd. Spencer will be competing in the shot put and Kendra the shot put and weight throw.
