Join us for a fantastic performance featuring some of the areas finest musicians, including eight students from Zane Trace! The Ross County High School Honor Band is tonight (Tuesday, January 28th) at the Chillicothe High School Auditorium. The band is under the direction of Dr. Gretchen L. McNamara, the Senior Lecturer of Trombone and Music Education at Wright State University. Good luck to Madalyn Lombardo, Blake Knight, Silas Ruggles, Connor Hill, Vernon Holdren, Sam Goodman, Carly Picklesimer, and McKenzie McQuirt on a wonderful performance tonight! It's amazing how much you all have accomplished in the short time you have had together. The Ross County High School Honor Band Concert begins at 7pm. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for students, and free for children 5 and under. Doors open around 6:40pm.

History teacher requested to have her ceiling tiles painted and suggested American landmarks for the art students to paint. Students were able to find and add more of their own favorite Ohio and/or American symbols.

Shoe Drive Success! Our High School Business Professionals of America chapter is thrilled with the incredible support we’ve seen during the second week of our shoe drive! A Huge Thank You for Your Support! Our Business Professionals of America (BPA) chapter is thrilled with the amazing response to our Shoe Drive in just the first week! Your generous donations will make a big difference! But we’re not done yet! This drive continues through March 7, 2025, so there’s still plenty of time to clean out your closets and bring in more new or gently used shoes. All sizes and styles are welcome (NO SKATES), as long as they’re in good condition (clean and without holes or damage). Drop-off boxes are located near the offices of the elementary, middle, and high schools. Stay tuned for details on the upcoming Drop-Off Drive-thru in February!
