Athletics 1/3/2024 Boys Basketball ZT 45 Logan Elm 48 Wendy Arth Memorial Swim Meet Highlights Our girls’ swimmers finished first as a team with 40 points and our boys finished second with 19 points! On the boys’ side, our 200 meter relay team of Wyatt Vick, Josh Young, Isaac Detty, and Charley Clyne finished first. Our girls’ team won several individual events and placed second in six! Gabriella Tisi won first in the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke. Spring Street Invitational Wrestling Results Vinton County 12/23/23 Team Results 12th of 14 teams 47.5 points Individual Highlights 120lb Jourdan Enman 5th Jourdan had a record of 2-2 and won the 5th place match by pinning Brendan Geiger of Jackson. 138lb class - Zane Pickerrell (FIRST) Zane went 5-0 and won the championship match by a score of 10-2 over Jensen Green of Jackson.

Zane Trace BPA Brings Christmas Spirit to Veterans During their Christmas party on Friday, December 8, 2023, the Zane Trace BPA chapter members collaborated to spread some holiday joy to the veterans at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center. Adhering to COVID restrictions, the chapter couldn't visit the veterans in person. Instead, they signed over 70 Christmas cards and prepared goodie bags filled with candy, which were then delivered to Voluntary Services Chief Jaime Russel.

Business Professionals of America Day was hosted by the Columbus Blue Jackets! On November 9, 2023, more than 1000 BPA students from all over Ohio, including the ZT BPA chapter, were extended an invitation to Nationwide Arena. A panel of executives from the Columbus Blue Jackets led discussions on marketing, product development, and ticket sales, providing valuable insights into the business side of the organization. In addition to the informative sessions, participants engaged in other activities such as ice skating and a comprehensive tour of Nationwide Arena, where they learned about the arena's history. A big thank you to Zane Trace, Pickaway-Ross Career and Technology Center, and the Columbus Blue Jackets for the opportunity to participate. We eagerly anticipate the possibility of attending again next year! Go Jackets!
