Our swim team competed against Fairfield Union, Circleville, and Logan Elm tonight. Their final tune up for sectionals. Way to work! Results will be shared when available.

There is an NHS meeting for current and eligible students on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. to review the application process. The meeting will take place in the cafeteria. 1/29/24 Announcements PBIS Weekly Award Winners Gift Cards- Peyton Dotson, James Smith, Hailee Dolan-Moss Treasure Chest-Megan Downs, Evan Brower, Jonah Dunn The Annual ZT FFA Sausage Breakfast is Friday, February 2nd from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. There will be a two hour delay for students on this date. The Junior Class Prom Committee will meet in the media center on Tuesday, January 30th during lunch. Weekend Highlights 1/27/24 Powerlifting at Southern Ohio Regional Ten individuals placed in their respective weight classes! Riley Hartsaugh won his weight class and had the top bench press in the middleweight division at 265 lbs. Caden Jones had the top bench press in the heavyweight division at 345 lbs. They are currently tied with Westfall for second in the league.

The Triple Crown Family Center was the home of our second nine weeks PBIS reward. The students on the trip got to spend two hours enjoying all the fun activities Triple Crown has to offer.

A group of students in Mrs. Johnston's Ag. Food and Natural Resources class did very well teaching a second grade class how to make sausage today. Our annual Zane Trace FFA Sausage Breakfast is next Friday, February 2nd from 5:00 a.m. to 9 a.m. There is a two hour delay for students on this date. If you have the chance, come out and start your day with a good breakfast provided by the ZT FFA.

Auditions for “Roald Dahl’s Matilda the Musical Jr.” are on Wednesday January 31st and Thursday, February 1st from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. The musical is scheduled for the weekend of April 27-28. Our Esports team competed against Cambridge and Pandora-Gilboa in the Rocket League this afternoon. We had two teams of three students. One team competed against Cambridge and the other against Pandora-Gilboa. Both teams lost their series 3-0, but had fun trying. Our Esports team competes in the Fortnite League each Monday at 4 p.m. and the Rocket League each Wednesday at 4 p.m.

There is a bake sale today right outside the office. It will end at 10:00 a.m. Proceeds will go towards PBIS rewards/trips. There is a meeting on Thursday at lunch in the library for any girl interested in participating in soccer next school year. If you are one of the students that met the criteria to go to Triple Crown on Friday, please return your permission slip by the end of the day today if you plan on going.
